OBJECTIVES:
The proposed solution is designed to ensure clear and effective communication across the school premises, with 23 strategically placed speakers in corridors, Few administrative offices and classrooms and one amplifier for seamless sound distribution.
Scope of Work:
- 23 high-quality speakers – Strategically placed in for uniform sound coverage.
- 1 powerful amplifier – Ensuring clear and distortion-free audio transmission.
- All necessary cabling and accessories – For seamless connectivity and efficient operation.
- Professional installation and setup – Ensuring the system is properly configured.
- System testing and demonstration – To confirm full functionality.
- Basic training and guidance – For school staff on system operation and maintenance.
Based on the site assessment, the installation will cover the following key areas:
- Corridors (primary focus for speaker placement)
- Administrative rooms (including Headmaster’s Room and Staff Room)
- Selected classrooms (as per school requirements)
Timeline:
The estimated project schedule is as follows:
- Approval & Advance Payment Within 7 days of confirmation
- Project Start 15 to 20 days from receipt of advance payment
- Milestone Audit & Next Payment upon cable laying completion and delivery of speakers & accessories
- Final Installation & Testing Within 7 days of speaker & accessory delivery
- Project Completion Report Submission Within 7 days of final installation & testing
