The child comes from a very poor and vulnerable family in Tuichawng Village, Lunglei District, Mizoram. Sadly, the child’s father struggled with addiction and passed away last year. Since then, the mother has been left alone to raise her two children without a stable source of income or adequate financial support. The mother is doing everything she can to care for her children, but the family’s financial situation is extremely difficult. Providing even basic necessities such as food, clothing, school expenses and educational materials has become a daily struggle. The loss of the father has left the family facing both deep emotional pain and serious financial hardship. Despite these heartbreaking circumstances, the child continues to attend school and wishes to learn and build a better future. With compassionate support, the child can continue education with dignity, hope and confidence and have an opportunity to move beyond the hardship that the family is currently facing.
