His journey has not been easy. His father, a former labourer at the Gondalpara Jute Mill, lost his livelihood when the mill shut down, leaving the family in severe financial hardship. With limited resources, even meeting basic educational expenses became a challenge, putting Sovit's dreams at risk.

With the support of compassionate donors and dedicated mentors, Sovit was able to continue his studies and scored 71% in his Class 10 Board Examination (2023).
